Shahid -Boom Boom- Afridi. Definately. Excellent bowler, great bat, very useful fielder.

well, I only have ICC '05 but the best in that for me are:

Batsman: Tendulkar (he's an absolute god on this game!!!)

All-Rounder: Shane Watson (again, he's freakishly good on the game - must admit that I havn't tried Afridi yet)

Bowler: Harbhajan Singh, Murali, Warne - basically any world-class spinner is great

Yea it is.
And Manjural Islam. Excellent SLA bowler, and bat very usefully too. When I won the 2011 WC with Bangla, he was the best ODI bowler in the world!
