why my sharjah cup was not nominated. It has about 100 replies in just over a week.

1. You cannot nominate entries. This is decided by the Forum moderator only.
2. Several factors (not just number of replies) are considered in the selection procedure.

However we do have an "Other" option for the threads that have missed out.

Well Cricketman93, dont worry! You guys will definitely get nominated next month!

I dont know why you and ashu have not been nominated as it was selected by MWaugh, not me but I am sure he must have some reason for it... Also the Other option is there for voters to vote for your stories! So keep your work up and work towards next month's nomination!

if every story that has been written in the past month had its own option there would have to be 3 different threads just to accomodate them. i picked them based on quality posts, presentation and the time that they have been around.

if you werent included in the poll i apologise and people can always vote in the other poll and mention it in the thread if they wish to vote for it.

keep in mind people that this is only for fun. it isnt worth taking as seriously as some appear to be taking it

My vote goes to mwaugh for his outstanding work put into his Aussie international season. The plot is laid in detail and I appreciate the fact that some serious background information like the ING cup matches, tour matches and the kit updates. Hats off mate!

If I had another vote, it would have certainly gone to Briggsey for the first ever first person based story. May be I'll reserve my next months vote for him. Hey, but no promises, oK!

I am also grateful to all those who have helped my VB World Club Championship make it to this stage. Thanks for all the support guys and hey I have earned a vote as well. Though I am busy with my other story THE VIDEOCON CUP (flavour of the season as Indo - Sri Lanka series is being played), I have no ideas of abandoning The VB World Club Championship. I have big plans for that story as well and assure you a mega update in possibly 3 days time. I might even take it to C2005. (Once I get that one!)

I expect November to be great month with m_vaughan, Saisrini all in the fray. BrettLee is brilliant as well and Ashu is catching the leaders at a rapid pace.
