Fielding in the last few games has been almost fully auto because it's
easier for the developer so they can work more on the batting and
bowling but i did not think you guys would go down the same road
because you have made few football games and it's the same engine.
But how does slip catches work, is it fully auto with player stats or maybe slow down time and move left or right or just stay in the same spot, as you guys are
not doing a catching mini games or no mini games at all.
The air hits and catches well maybe like the football in afl, you get under
the ball and catch it but if you don't get in the circle then you don't catch it.
Maybe big circle for good catches so they can catch the ball in different ways
but a bad fielder has only a small circle so he has to be 100% in the circle
or it's a drop. also the stats for the player goes into acount or we get catches
all the time. Maybe make the sun get into the fielders eyes or a glare for the screen would be cool. I'm thinking as i write so please tell me what you think.

p.s If you have a dive button in the game for fielding to stop the ball,
maybe same with a catch you press the same button as dive but when
the ball is in the air it's a catch button, so you jumb for a slip catches by
pressing catch and the direction. Please answer this question if you can ross.
