What an atrocious start by both bowlers.

10 wides already.

Alright folks was great 1.5 months of watching the series.

India has their moments but overall Australia was a far better team in the series.

Take Bumrah out, India would have been whitewashes 5-0.

We have problems with batting and bowling both. The 35+ haven't played to their reputation and the supposed seniors been able to step up at all-red Gill, Siraj and Pant.

The newbies have seemingly done well without much support from the old/seniors. Rana and Reddy impressed ,given their lack of well-roundedness. What baffled me the most was the likes of Sarfaraz and Jurel sitting out for almost the entire series. Indorn count Jaiswal as a newbie, but to me ,he has been a flash in the pan, nothing else.

Blimey me, I turned my streaming service on today expecting to watch the conclusion only to find out that Australia chased all the runs down in 27 overs, as though they had somewhere urgent to be by tea time.

Konstas is certainly a player of interest. He didn't necessarily score a lot of runs (113 @ 28.25), but his debut innings was a turning point in the series, and this 'proof' that more attacking play could score better against the new ball than just waiting to get out seemed to rub off on the rest of the Australian side, because otherwise going 6 an over when you have 2.5 days to chase 162 is an odd strategic decision. What's also odd is that this style of play from Konstas couldn't have been predicted by his First Class play, where his strike rate was a very modest 51.77 (his average btw was 42.23).

Pretty much expected result. Congratulations Australia.

Hope some repercussions are in order. But history suggests nothing will happen.

How can you not invite Gavaskar to the podium? Ridiculous move from Cricket Australia. If you name a trophy after two guys and both are present at the ground, it is unacceptable that you only invite your hometown hero. Imagine the backlash had India omitted Allan Border.
GG to India. Well fought series :)

I would kill for this player to be available in the Australian scene
Take him! He has been inconsistent. Home town bully. Flash in the pan performances in Australia and WI(I don't rate them too high)

Low-level posting, this is probably the worst just writing "Gill". If you really have to post every single thought of yours, probably use the member status on your profile.
