You want India to lost 4-0 to end bias selection? Did it happen when we were out thrashed by England few months back? Ishant Sharma's injury is the De-javu feeling I am getting for the Indian team as he has been leading the pace attack well in absence of Zaheer and would have been so useful but then again we dont know that whether he injured or not

Well, saw Ashok Dinda has 27 wickets this season in 5 matches but thats no reason to take him to Australia. Irfan must be picked as even he has the form as Dinda has but has the experience of an Aussie tour before plus his batting.

If just by judging form, TP Sudhindra should be in the squad seeing he is the highest wicket taker this season with 32 wickets and is a RIGHT ARM FAST . God knows how fast? may be 129 KMPH ?

He bowls really fast just look at this, the keeper is standing 30 yards behind the stumps when he is bowling.

Don't care, atleast the team shouldn't win if the deserving players are not playing, Irfan was an ideal selection for Praveen Kumar, guys like Mithun and Dinda getting selected ahead of him is something really ridiculous, and if one more bowler gets injured, then Unadkat will be in, what has Pathan done to be treated like this? why are the senior players not having any problem with what is going on? I have lost respect for most of the senior players and the captain(who might also be the reason for Pathan's exclusion) for whatever is going on. Our management is anyways crap, can't expect anything from them.

I could see Kohli doing something and doing it well, and maybe Sharma too.

I know every man and his dog averages 60 in Ranji, but it seems odd that Sharma has not played a Test. They've tried so hard to make him a big ODI player while trying to make players like Yuvraj and Raina into Test players.

Assuming that you're comparing them based on ODI's given Rohit hasn't played a test yet, Kohli is the highest scorer in ODI's this year and got a couple of 50's in the only test he played against WI at home. How much more consistent you need him to be?

Right now, the race for the No.6 spot in the Indian XI is really so hot that cant say who will sneak ahead. Rohit got a 50 in the first game, and he is not out on 38 here while Kohli has notched up a half century of his own here. I wish and I think Rohit might edge ahead tomorrow on the score count, and will take that No.6 spot for MCG. I WISH IT HAPPENS!!! I want to see Rohit play that first test.
