Simple logic, the drafts started before Mominul's 181, we picked him solely because he was a good player. By the time his form came it was late enough, and he hasn't been in good form in this league either. Besides, Mominul isn't nearly as good in limited overs cricket as he is in First-Class.

That said, a test average of 83+ off 9 innings means he can hang around there for long and that is exactly what you need a batsman to do on a bowler's paradise, Neer.
