Taufel and Doctrove to umpire Australia vs Bangladesh

Simon Taufel and billy Doctrove have been given the thumbs up by the ICC to umpire the Australia vs Bangladesh series. The pair of umpires are set to umpire every match. Simon taufel is happy to be umpiring with doctrove as doctrove is happy to umpire with Taufel.

Australia Arrives in Bangladesh

After a recent South Africa Test Series Whitewash, Australia left south africa with 1 week at home with their family in friends. Last Night Australia left their home country to come to Bangladesh. They arrived today and have 10 days of training before the series starts Saturday Week. All players have flown over even Clarke who might miss the first match due to being sick

MCGRATH HEADING BACK TO AUSTRALIA

Glenn McGrath has just made a big decision and is definatly heading back to Australia after just one day of training. This decision has been made so he can be with his wife in the crucial time of her cancer. Australia have said to Shaun Tait and Stuart Clark they should both be starting in the first One Day 20/20.

In a quick interview with McGrath he said,
"Yes im going to miss quite a few matches but my family comes first. Ive heard the cancer is pretty bad so i probably am aiming to return at the end of the year maybe in the Champions Trophy or Ashes.

This is looking good. Unlucky for McGrath though, but it makes the game more realistic.

GILLY FIRED UP AND READY TO PLAY

Adam Gilchrist has stated to the media that he is fired up to play in the First 20/20 Match on Sunday. He is fired up and is ready to get Australia moving in the start of the innings. He is also happy that if he gets out after getting the Aussies moving that hes still got strong batters to come in and continue the great batting. He will open the batting and Face the first ball of the Innings.
