The ICC met with Australian officials to discuss australias upcoming tours. They said that what australia wanted was fine as the other countries had no other tours at the time.

Australia start off in Bangladesh, they will then head to zimbabwe. The next series is big for them because They head over to India for a Test and Odi Series. Then go to Pakistan for the Pepsi cup of 4 nations Pakistan, Australia, india, Sri lanka. They then head over to New Zealand with a 3 Game Chappell Hadlee series in New Zealand. Australia will go to tour West Indies for a test an 3 game 20/20. Then they will come to Australia to play the Proteas in a 3 game ODI Series. Then they get 1 Whole Month off before the start of the Ashes. All 5 matches of the 3 Mobile test series will be played. Then the Newly named ODI Series (Formally VB Series) will be played between Australia, England and New Zealand. Then All nations will return to the West Indies and play the 2007 ICC World Cup. Then The 2nd ICC Elite 8 will come to australia with all the nations in my old ICC Elite 8.

Australia have a big scheduale ahead of them and the dates will be named later. If the comp never gets done i would send my apologies as to i would be very busy but il try to get 1 or 2 games done each weekend.

I'm bery happy to see you go back to C2005, as your writing is too good for the unrealistic scorelines in BLIC/RPIC. All the best mate!

Ricky Ponting talks about Australia in Bangladesh

Interview with Tony Grieg

TG: Ricky a successfull Test Series in South Africa
RP: yes it was. Our One day wasnt the best i mean we still won matches but in the last game somehow lost it.
TG: Well the squad thats been chosen are you confirdent with it
RP: yes i am. I think its one of the most powerful squads you could pick Lee and Mcgrath leading the attack along with Clark, Watson, Tait, Cullen, Symonds, clarke and hogg. We have strong bowlers and batsman.
TG: Now McGrath still might not be playing any news?
RP: Well he's listed in the squad. If he doesnt come i still think our bowlers can cope. I mean we have great strike bowlers and they will still do the job. We could use bracken but we are fine.
TG: Now No Bracken either?
RP: Yes hes got other commitments but said will come over if needed.
TG: Now Batting great squad?
RP: Yes our batting lately has been great. At training all of our prime batsman are doing well. We have the likes of Gilchrist, Hussey, Katich, Martyn, Clarke, Symonds and Jaques.
TG: Any ideas of a starting squad?
RP: No our selectors dont have an official squad for the first match but they are thinking of; Gilchrist, katich, ponting, Jaques, Martyn, Hussey, Symonds, Lee, Hogg, Cullen, Tait/Clark. Last two one will be 3rd man.
TG: No Michael Clarke hes sick?
RP: yes he'll be coming over hes just a little sick and wont be playing the first match.
TG: Thanks for your time ricky and best of luck in Bangladesh
RP: Thanks Tony
