Ok so If I understand you correctly , we dont work of a Draft list for the international guys.

We just randomly pick international guys that we see that have not been picked before us. Is this correct ?

YEs @Acid Burn correct they have to still be playing it doesnt have to be an international it can be a player from aussie english south african domestic teams etc.

@arjwiz thanks for your thoughts but I keeping it at two. I don't think its unfair as personally top 40 players in the world are all equal in quality so I think all teams will have the same advantage example. Me and kushari get first 1-4 picks but then get 41-46 picks while chinamanspin and gentoras get 16-24 pick so it evens itself out at the end

For me, two is okay. Not ideal, but the draft would go on for ages otherwise.
