Classic Team patch

A lot of people having been asking about using classic teams in exhibition mode so I've decided to make a classic team patch for exhibition mode. At first it will include only the classic teams that are ingame already but eventually we can put any classic teams in we like.

There are 15 default teams that can be replaced. The question is who we want in. The options are as follows:
Africa XI
Asia XI
Atlantic XI
Australia 1882
Aus 1933
Aus 1948
Aus 1960
Aus 1972
Classic XI
England 1882
Eng 1933
Eng 1948
Eng 1972
Glamorgan 1968
Northern Hemisphere XI
Nottinghamshire 1968
Oceania XI
Pakistan 1988
Southern Hemisphere XI
West Indies 1960
West Indies 1988
World XI

My initial instinct would be to drop Notts and Glamorgan, and drop Bodyline seeing as we can't set the Bodyline field in default mode. That leaves two more...

Just noticed that Pakistan 1988 are missing from that list.

You can see Bodyline in default mode You just have to have fielding restrictions off when playing a test, it will then be in the field selection menu as a default attacking field

Ah ok. Too late now. People can fiddle round a bit themselves afterwards though. The other problem is that I'm limited to 10 test teams...

Yeah but it's easy enough to get them back again. I've designed the patch so you can uninstall it in 5 seconds and reinstall it again in the same amount of time...

I've just uploaded version 1.3 which has much easier install and uninstall procedures. What I'm stuck on is how to make the .bat file copy or rename the Game Profile. As there's no extension it says file not found. If someone could help me with that it really would be possible to install and uninstall the patch with 2 clicks.
