I have forgotten to unlock all teams. What a Plum!

You shouldn't have to unlock all the teams. The patch ought to do it for you. I've reuploaded it with a Game Profile that definitely works and an installer that will work for both BLIC and RPIC.

here's a problem, why put this patch when today's teams are wiped out from installing this patch

You can uninstall it easily, and it's for people who just fancy going back in time.
