If I play someone online who uses a custom team, will that custom team need to be downloaded to my PS3 before the game can be played? I hope not coz within days I would be running out of disk space on my PS3 coz of all the custom rosters.

Hopefully for online gameplay you could limit the teams/rosters as that will also stop glitches where someone creates a team with custom players with a ridiculous ratings of 99 for everything (i.e., batting, bowling, fielding, running, stamina etc.)

The download is automatic and almost instant, they are really, really small and rotate through with the oldest ones dropping off unless you actively save them to your system.

Ross, I would personally prefer limited teams (maybe intl sides like SA, Aus, Eng, Pak, SL, Ind, WI, NZ, Zim, Ire etc.) with common rosters for all a la Madden where you need to have the same rosters else you can't play online.
