but i TIEed the match, dont want the games to ruin my fitness levels

We won the toss and fielded first, they scored 217/1, not bad bowling, Ryno got the only wicket, but gave away the most runs too...

In return we chased upto 180/7 before we ran out of overs. Naidoo was 79 off 56 and Duminda 60 off 33...

not bad for a TIE assuming he PANed... I am happy

a 37 run loss on TIE aint bad
