Excellent victory. Your team will be having one hand on the cup i think.

Ha, I wish. It won't get interesting for another couple of weeks but I doubt I'll get past round 6.

i wish you good luck . You have a very good team. IF you have money go for a very good player.

3 and a half. How did u get soo much from?. I have 200k :p

Good win there FF

End of Over 20: 139-1, runrate=6.95
Grabb 5-0-28-1
Branch* 12 (14 balls)
Azheruddin 67 (64 balls)

Last Wicket: Apple b. Grabb 56 (FOW: 103/1)
Looking to score 350:)

I bowled first against a crappy side, and skittled him out for 32. Folkes 4/11, Rudi 1/5 (His figuers at one stage read 4-3-1-0), Eli 1/2 off 3 overs, Tuckett 3/5, one runout.
And now chasing:

End of Over 5: 32-0, runrate=6.40, reqrunrate=0.02 (32-10)
King 3-0-23-0
Bennett* 15 (17 balls)
Cutler 17 (13 balls)

5.2 4 Van tonder to Bennett
FOUR. Top stuff. Bennett came down the track to meet that one and he creams it through the covers, bisecting two fielders in the process. Oh dear...wash your mouth out with soap Mr Van tonder, there are lipreading children watching.
All over.

And that's the end of the match. TT Lions won by 10 wickets.
passage 32-10
TT Lions 36-0

Reporter's Summary

Spin Bowling: competent

Well that Im resigning myself already to playing a reserve side and TIE!! How am I supposed to beat a Grade II team?? Looks like Round 2 of the cup again for me.

Awesome.

End of Over 27: 100-3, runrate=3.70
End of Over 28: 100-3, runrate=3.57
End of Over 29: 100-3, runrate=3.45

End of Over 40: 132-4, runrate=3.30

Then they realised the severity of the situation and started to get a move on.

End of Over 46: 190-4, runrate=4.13

Well, Loafers' late batsmen nursed the score back to 5/230; 98 runs scored in a sprint off the final overs. Will it be enough?

Good start so far, Whaley and Way not taking any jibba jabba from pace on this dusty track. 0/53 in 9 overs.

Lol easy win for you coming up.
I tried Masibulele as opener for this match.

Not a great start

3.5 W Basham to Steele
Geldenhuys goes up with a big shout for an edge. It's been given! That must have been the faintest of nicks.

Very nice
6.3 4 Elam to Masibulele
Driven straight to Pedro who shies at the stumps, misses, and the ball races away for four. Dreadful cricket and Elam is rightly furious, chuntering away to himself like an old man deprived of his biscuits.

Weaver off to a good start
9.4 4 Basham to Weaver
Quality timing and placement from Weaver. He lofts it into the gap behind mid on and it bounces twice over the outfield before crossing the rope.

After 10 overs

End of Over 10: 48-1, runrate=4.80
Basham 5-0-23-1
Masibulele* 23 (31 balls)
Weaver 17 (19 balls)

Last Wicket: Steele c. Geldenhuys b. Basham 6 (FOW: 16/1)

Masibulele looking good

11.5 4 Sawyer to Masibulele
Masibulele could have played that stroke with a stick of rhubarb and still middled it. Great shot!

12.5 4 Benamar to Weaver
Drives along the ground to long off.

15.1 4 Sawyer to Masibulele
Short and wide outside off stump. Masibulele cuts and times it well enough to beat Elam at third man.

16.5 4 Benamar to Masibulele
French Cut! Masibulele steps to leg, gets a thick inside edge and it shoots past Geldenhuys for four.

17.1 4 Sawyer to Weaver
The straight drive beats the mid off fielder and races away for four.

First 50 for Masibulele

18.2 1 Benamar to Masibulele
Excellent yorker, squeezed out for a single to mid-off.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

Weaver out short of his 50

18.5 W Benamar to Weaver
Slower delivery and Weaver is completely deceived. He ends up playing too early, across the line, and the leading edge is swallowed up by a delighted Benamar.

My God's in and what a start

19.2 4 Sawyer to Chavhanga
Lofted drive away for four through the covers.
19.1 4 Sawyer to Chavhanga
Chavhanga rocks onto the backfoot and thumps the ball through extra-cover. Classy shot displaying good foot movement.

After 20 overs

End of Over 20: 109-2, runrate=5.45
Sawyer 5-0-38-0
Chavhanga* 11 (5 balls)
Masibulele 51 (57 balls)

Last Wicket: Weaver c & b. Benamar 39 (FOW: 97/2)

More 4s
20.1 4 Sutton to Chavhanga
Take that! Good length delivery outside the off stump. Chavhanga pushes forward and creams it through the gap between cover and mid off. The timing and placement was spot on.

20.3 4 Sutton to Masibulele
I could watch that shot all day. Timed to perfection.

I'm like Masibulele opening

25.4 4 Basham to Masibulele
Pulled away wide of square leg. Too short and deserved to be punished.
25.3 4 Basham to Masibulele
Brilliant footwork as he shuffles down the pitch to launch the ball over Basham, before racing past long off to the boundary.
25.2 4 Basham to Masibulele
You won?t see a better pull shot than that all day. Four runs.

But now hes out :(

26.2 W Sutton to Masibulele
Masibulele hasn't quite got all of this one. Bailey takes a comfortable catch in the deep. Sutton gets a breakthrough!

Liddle only real good thing for the match.

New position for Liddle

26.6 4 Sutton to Liddle
Overpitched and a text book straight drive between bowler and mid off means there's no need to chase as it races to the boundary.

29.1 4 Basham to Chavhanga
Full length ball swinging into the leg stump, Chavhanga flicks it away through mid-wicket, ball races away to the rope.

No more Liddle

29.5 W Basham to Liddle
Went for the big heave-ho, but completely missed it! He hangs his head as he makes the long walk back to the pavilion.

Truely the Don Bradman of BT

After 30 overs

End of Over 30: 164-4, runrate=5.47
Basham 10-0-54-2
Rampaul* 1 (1 balls)
Chavhanga 32 (30 balls)

Last Wicket: Liddle b. Basham 8 (FOW: 163/4)

35.4 6 Sawyer to Chavhanga
That sailed out of the ground. It probably found the car park, which would explain why all of the car alarms are going off!
And that's his fifty! Well played.

More Chavhanga fun

36.3 4 Benamar to Chavhanga
Edged... Straight between slip and wicket keeper and four streaky runs! Bromby and Geldenhuys look to the heavens.

40 overs up

End of Over 40: 217-4, runrate=5.43
Sawyer 10-0-69-0
Rampaul* 20 (31 balls)
Chavhanga 65 (61 balls)

Last Wicket: Liddle b. Basham 8 (FOW: 163/4)

40.5 4 Elam to Chavhanga
Lift, picked up just over slips, third man running in vain to stop the boundary

Been quiet going for Rampaul until now

41.2 4 Sutton to Rampaul
A short delivery which Rampaul anticipated. He got onto the backfoot early and smashed it square for four!

42.5 4 Elam to Rampaul
Elam briefly had the batsman in two minds with that delivery. He didn't know whether to hit him for four or six. Rampaul eventually settles for the four.

43.3 4 Sutton to Chavhanga
A thinnish nick seemed set to be caught by Geldenhuys but it dipped on him at the last moment and rolled away for a boundary. Chavhanga is giving Sutton a very wry smile.

44.5 4 Elam to Rampaul
Full ball on off stump which is driven away on the up for four.

45.3 4 Sutton to Rampaul
Great shot! That's the middle of the sweet spot.

Good 50 from Rampaul

45.5 1 Sutton to Rampaul
Runs it away fine for a quick single.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

Starting to really fire now

46.1 6 Elam to Rampaul
New ball please! That one has disappeared out of town.
46.4 6 Elam to Rampaul
Rampaul has lined it up. It's long enough, it's high enough, it's straight over the ropes!

And now hes out

46.5 W Elam to Rampaul
Too short to drive, and he's got a feather onto it where it flies through to Geldenhuys for a simple catch. The umpire gives a nod of the head and Rampaul is on his way.

Shorey in

47.4 4 Sutton to Shorey
FOUR! Good length ball outside off stump. Shorey slashes at it and gets a thick edge between the keeper and third slip.

Last 2 overs only went for 7 and 6 runs which is disappointing.

Code:
End of Over 50: 303-5, runrate=6.06
Sutton 10-0-62-1
Shorey* 12 (10 balls)
Chavhanga 94 (85 balls)

Last Wicket: Rampaul c. Geldenhuys b. Elam 65 (FOW: 281/5)

Chavhanga not out again :p

We can tell you that Record Breakers won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking a touch on the green side. All the seam bowlers have been out there rubbing their hands on this partially cloudy and humid day.

Won th toss , nice on a green pitch

2.3 W Sanders to Govender
Thick edge from Govender and the ball travelled very quickly to first slip. He manages to parry it up and Richardson is alert and dives full stretch to take the catch.
First blood for me.

6.3 W Sanders to Alshaun
Got him! Driven strongly down the ground by Alshaun, but plucked from the air by Sanders as he followed through after his delivery stride. Wonderful reflexes!
Seconed wicket

7.4 W Broadbridge to Singh
Singh lets a straight one go and it's taken his middle stump, poor batting.
Third wicket.

Nice target Syl.... :) And also great start handy....

And my match.. I missed the start of this,

We can tell you that HuntingTigers won the toss and elected to field.

And my team,

HuntingTigers have picked Rampaul, Folds, Malik, Alshaun, Haishen, Paki, Love, Clarke, Hamed, Abdul kadir, Macdonald.

Two suprise changes :p And first wicket... It was a runout,

6.6 W Macdonald to Dangasela
Should be an easy single, but Hamed has showed a great arm in throwing down the stumps.

Yeah a great arm :D And second wicket,
7.2 W Love to Sagren
Gone! Love nails Sagren! Landed on a length, around middle stump, moved in and Sagren was beaten on the forward prod. It was probably hitting the leg stump. The umpire agrees.

And third wicket,

12.3 W Macdonald to Moodley
GODDIM! Macdonald banged it in short and Moodley tried to pull it but he got a top edge to Love at mid wicket who steadied himself and swallowed an easy catch

Annnnndddd.... Fourth wicket too falls when i was typing the above :)
13.3 W Love to Hamed
That's lofted to long off and caught easily by Rampaul. Love bounds around the place like a three-year-old chasing a butterfly in the park, Rampaul plays it cool.

So scorecard at the moment is,

End of Over 14: 43-4, runrate=3.07
Love 7-0-28-2
Moodley* 1 (1 balls)
Chanderpaul 6 (4 balls)
Last Wicket: Hamed c. Rampaul b. Love 6 (FOW: 36/4)

Code:
14.6 [B].	[/B]Abdul kadir to Moodley
A play and a miss. I'd let this lad play in my grandad's greenhouse... there's no chance of him breaking any windows with shots like that.
14.5 [B].[/B]	Abdul kadir to Moodley
On the front foot, pushed to the on side, mid wicket doing the fielding.
14.4 [B].[/B]	Abdul kadir to Moodley
Line and length, Abdul kadir will be pleased with that delivery.
14.3 [B].[/B]	Abdul kadir to Moodley
Shortish, rising ball outside off stump. The batsman stands tall on the crease and forces it down towards cover point.
14.2 [B]4[/B]	Abdul kadir to Moodley
Super shot! Fullish and outside offstump. Moodley leans forward and drives it with the full face of the bat between the bowler and mid on.
14.1 [B].[/B]	Abdul kadir to Moodley
Great ball by Abdul kadir, Moodley works it to mid wicket.

Not a bad start from Kadir in his first match! :)

And wicket no 5, :)

17.1 W Hamed to Moodley
Moodley came down the pitch and completely misses the ball. Folds collects the ball and waits until Moodley turns back to see him taking off the bails. Ha ha ha, nasty fella. Definitely enjoying his wicket.

Scorecard atm,

End of Over 19: 58-5, runrate=3.05
Abdul kadir 3-0-10-0
Chanderpaul* 0 (5 balls)
Chanderpaul 12 (16 balls)
Last Wicket: Moodley st. Folds b. Hamed 6 (FOW: 52/5)
