Commentary Thread

I've got two wickets since I last posted, but some aggressive batting has taken the game away from me.

Code:
End of Over 46: 259-3, runrate=5.63, reqrunrate=1.50 (264-5)
Sherwood	8-0-46-1
Field*	1 (1 balls)
Alshaun	36 (26 balls)
Last Wicket: Malik c. Crabb b. Sherwood 67 (FOW: 258/3)

End of Over 4: 35-1, runrate=8.75
Barnett 2-0-22-0
Watson* 16 (10 balls)
Nokwe 19 (13 balls)

Last Wicket: Moxey c. Ogrady b. Wessels 0 (FOW: 0/1)

Playing magnificent in the friendly now, what a turn around.

Very nice Jazz, not much you can do Phil those 260 totals are very hard to defend.

40.4 W Muller to Key
That's a great catch from Masibulele as Key was beaten for pace... in fact the ball clipped the off stump on its way through to the diving keeper. Bowled him.

Now if only Mr death can get some wickets.

Come on Syl you can just get your bowlers to take few wickets and you are back in the game. Whilst i am cruising currently:

End of Over 7: 59-1, runrate=8.43
Wessels 4-0-33-1
Nokwe* 36 (24 balls)
Watson 23 (17 balls)

Last Wicket: Moxey c. Ogrady b. Wessels 0 (FOW: 0/1)

Going pretty good now, run out this time.

42.1 W Muller to Donaldson
What a mess, they were both running around like headless chickens. Donaldson has been stranded halfway down the track.

This is where Sam needs to step up as I don't have much runs left.

End of Over 43: 223-4, runrate=5.19, reqrunrate=4.86 (256-5)
Muller 7-0-37-1
Johal* 54 (51 balls)
Lucas 2 (2 balls)
Last Wicket: Donaldson Run Out 2 (FOW: 215/4)

Lol you look to be going fine to me 8.5 an over man what I would do for speed like that.

No hope for me now Sam has killed it and Muller puts the final nail in the coffin. Didn't expect a win with only 260 though.

43.3 4 Sam to Johal
Short outside off stump. Johal pounces like a cat and hammers it between point and extra cover, beautifully timed.

43.5 4 Sam to Lucas
Lucas rocked back and fair cracked that past mid off for four runs. A splendid shot.

44.2 4 Muller to Johal
Spanked through the off side by Johal for four glorious runs.
44.1 3 Muller to Lucas
Crisply driven through the covers by Lucas, to the longest part of the ground where Rampaul hauls it in just before it reaches the rope.

You lost Syl? Unlucky if only you got few more wickets.

End of Over 10: 78-1, runrate=7.80
Barnett 5-0-40-0
Nokwe* 45 (33 balls)
Watson 33 (26 balls)

Last Wicket: Moxey c. Ogrady b. Wessels 0 (FOW: 0/1)

Syl, i am able to see they are killing Sam and Muller. Tough luck! :(

Well, my match was over.. i completely missed almost 70 overs ;) When i saw now, Hunting Tigers has won it :happy Suprised to see Phil's team getting only 260 becos, at one stage, they looked to close in 300.

12.5 4 Wessels to Nokwe
Nokwe takes one step to turn a loose ball into a full toss, cracking it into the gap between mid wicket and a diving mid on. Timed and controlled beautifully.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

About time.

Congrats Suren bowlers managed to get you back into that game.
Nice 50 for Nokwe.

Bilal team too good for me in the end.
