County .sav request

Colin u have mentioned in a txt file in ur zip that user01.sav is full season and user03.sav is NL with right divisional classification...so I just copied this from user03 to user01... :) took me less than 30 s.... :p

Oh ok. The problem is that through fixture editor you can only set the order for both leagues. When you set the order the fixtures also get messed up so this is what I did:
Played entirely computer generated season
Saved at the end of the season
Opened fixture editor and set the order as teams 1-6 div 1, 1-3 div 2, 7-9 div 1, 4-9 div 2.
Started a new season by opening the sav and pressing continue. With 3 promoted and 3 relegated the tables were right.

Here is the problem. I know that the fixtures for full season are as follows:
1-77 CC1
78-144 CC2
145-217 NL1
218-288 NL2
289-298 C&G
What I don't know is where the tables are generated for the NL. I can change the fixtures but I didn't know if there was a team list for the NL simular to the CC. If there is maybe Ajit could add it to fixtures editor.

well, i had assumed that you would have known it and in fact was really surprised when you said that it was time consuming to change the NL fixtures to the rite ones... just for the sake of information:

In County Season (full)

Frizzel fixtures - top group- offset - 811668
Frizzel - bottom group - 813108

C&G Trophy offset - 868068

National League Offset - 840228

These offsets as you can understand are in Decimal system...There are two lists of teams above each fixture table(which starts at above mentioned offset) - one appears vertical when you list 20 bytes per line...this must be used in standings...and one is a horizontal listing, which controls the team with which will be user controlled...

i suspect that what the present fixtures editor does is, that it generates one such pair of lists when you fix the CC fixtures and copies it at both the places...hence NL follows the same divisions...am sure Ajit will clear this soon...and btw, the fixtures for only CC/NL sav must be somewhere near 786072...

even if we have Win XP running on our pc's, it sometimes helps to remember a few DOS commands :p ...

Yeah the problem was I haven't done much sav editing so I was using Ajit's Fixtures Editor rather than a hex editor. Cheers for the info.
