Sorry to say the game is broken after patch 2, before that AI was chasing or making runs perfectly now it feels they don't know how to bat. AI after patch 2 has become similar to ashes cricket

What are you seeing? Based on how many innings? Circumstances? Level you are playing at?

Veteran level all medium. Played 3 matches after patch 2. Ashes test AI bowled out at 175, 5five AI chasing 52 made 15 out of 5 overs and last 5five match AI made 18 chasing 61, with last over going for maiden.

So the game is not broken but 5five might need tweaking? I take it everything else worked in the game? The game started up?

You get my point: something may need tweaking or fixing but to say a game is broken based off two 5five scores is verging on trolling.

So what kind of tweaking are u suggesting, I have this game since last 3 days and trust me AI was superb in chasing atleast creates an attempt to chase, however suddenly after patch 2 they became dumb. Also i played an Ashes test match and bowled Australia out for 175, where i batted and made around 473. All on veteran

what should i download first? Single Player or Multiplayer? if i download MultiPlayer will i be able to access the Academy

Also i played an Ashes test match and bowled Australia out for 175, where i batted and made around 473. All on veteran

Getting a side out in a test for a relatively low score after scoring big happens: that is not yet a pattern. If you play say another five five5 games and the same thing happens then there is a pattern or if others indeed start flagging this then it is a pattern and means that something that was working is now not working perhaps and needs to be fixed or tweaked.

I imagine that BA will be following things as the game officially releases across various platforms and taking measures where needed and if possible. Indeed they have been busy all through the weekend as far as I can tell trying to get patches to people even though the street date was broken. I have had the luck and privilege to see a little bit of the inside of the processes and there is no doubt whatsoever to their utter commitment. However a tweak here could mean something else buggered over there and a problem for one user is a joy for another.

Just came across this on the PlayStation blog whilst trying to find the price for the game is then ps store in uk, which I couldn’t find!, looks like in US it’s not out til 29th

us and uk both are same with region level so its out on 29

It isn't a full-toss. And it is happening too often.

In Ashes , the Drilled ideally timed straight Drives randomly got c&Bowled by the bowler.

And the poorly timed looping ones, just got ignored by the Bowler.

Might be the same issue here, slight tweak required.

Undoubtedly they did a fabulous job and i hope nobody gets this error. The main USP of this game is AI playing smart cricket and that was happening and suddenly this thing alarmed me. Suddenly AI is nicking everything and lot of edges are happening
