Cricket 19 General Discussion

After playing career mode for a while I hope some of these bugs gets fixed in the release day patch like this uncensored names etc.
Is it me or bowling bouncers is risky because the wicketkeeper seem to just let it go for byes.

Happened for last 4 match, after patch 2
 
Please fix the AI. Don’t want another Ashes Cricket like thing. Make the AI competitive, at least more so on higher difficulties.

Based on the videos, even I noticed that the fielders inside the circle are not throwing quickly enough. I remember (could be wrong here) the first DBC had fielders throwing it pretty quickly.
@MattW Is it possible to have this (ie fielders getting rid of the ball much quicker inside the circle and keeper/bowler taking off the bails really quickly on the basis of their reactions rating) rectified with a bit of tweaks or is it something that will take a lot of work due to the new mechanics and animations ?
 
Just played a couple of hours of test match. Playing as Australia, first game at Edgebaston.

Excellent so far, started out on pro difficulty and it’s pretty challenging. Currently 2-122 after 29 overs. 1/3 of those runs have come from bouncers going over the keeper for 4, which despite the grassy/extra soft settings, it’s like the WACA. Other than that issue, it’s looking like a great cricket game.

I’m playing on xbox and the frame rate is flawless so far, played a few overs of a t20 at night and that was smooth which was a nice surprise. The new intros and cutscenes during play are just awesome, as is the variation in replays. The improvement of the Big Eye system also was a nice surprise, looks smooth and no weird hiccups so far.

Colour me impressed, loving it so far. A huge improvement on that last game, well done Big Ant, I think you’ve cracked it.

I know right, some of the people on here...how do we honestly deal with smh.

PS. Before people start complaining about bugs can we wait till the game has properly been released with the patches added. Some things seem more like a players fault instead of an actual legitimate bug. I want to see things for myself.
