Just watched all the gameplay videos beginning to end. I must say I am disappointed barring any "considerable" changes to the A.I post day-1 patch (which is unlikely). The A.I is plain old from DBC 14 days, would maintain a specific run-rate range and/or match dynamics (Runs on the board, wickets down, aggression level of A.I etc.) regardless of the match or pitch conditions at hand, but most painfully, regardless of how skillfully some of the people in the videos were bowling. In one of the ODI videos between India vs England, as soon as the run-rate would drop just below 5 in an over, the A.i would immediately offset it by scoring a 4 in the immediately next over, regardless how good the subsequent over is being delivered lol. Almost as if A.I "knows" how to get its way to scoring a 4 even from a very good bowling and a tight field setting.
Nonetheless, I will be buying the game on steam as soon as it is up. Will give it a try, but idk, I understand the budget constraints and all, and also the difficulty of making the A.I as dynamic as possible, but all in all...I am disappointed in this "artificially installed" A.I approach of BigAnt since DBC 14.
