the life span of this game is over for me... tbh, using the practice nets is the best part of the game. unless there is a super dooper patch released, i probably won't play it again.

In the one day tour you have three matches in bangladesh and then Have a pakistan tournoment then the sharjah tournament. I mean really, Thats two tournies where Pakistan is the lead team, Couldn't sharjah be separate like in 2002.

and how come when auto playing no1 and no2 play forever. They play like 40 overs and never attempting to increase the run rate. Its ridiculous. Australias opening attack is very aggresive and so is sachin Tendulkars but He always has like 60 runs of 120 balls. This also results in Opening bowlers like Shoaib Akhtar and Brett Lee never getting any wickets yet guys like Abdul Razzaq end up with 4 wickets.

Heheh, funny you should say this, i too sought solace in FIFA04...alas! it is almost as bad...so buggy and craphouse interface...really shoddy from EA, especially considering the larger budget they have for FIFA compared to HB with Cricket....man, they're both as bad as each other...
I'm quickly getting bored of FIFA already...the bugs and crap gameplay make it boring and it's got no longevity at all - a bit like Cricket04 really....

Agreed...if I coded rain for the game, i'd want to test that it looks good and works well...how could they have missed the rain bug where it hangs and you cannot resume play????? That's a killer bug for me because you have to quit the game altogether....or play with weather turned off so the bug can't occur.....

On a lighter mood quitting the game is better than to forgo an almost finished game. I am refering to a bug here. Not sure if this is new but the game refueses to restart the saved world cup game. This game was very enjoyable and was nicely poised. I got CPU out for 211 off 50 overs and batted half of my inning to be on 127/6 needing another 80+ runs to win. By the time I last saved I had played 22 overs and the opening bowler had finished his quota of 10 overs. The two other bowlers used had bowled 6 overs each. Now the problem is I cant even autoplay this game because the autoplay is only possible while you are playing. I have no other choice but to continue to the next game but its going to cost me full points in the world cup. Fortunately this is the first round of the world cup am playing, if I were playing the finals of the world cup it would have been an unfinished one. Imagine the frustration if that happens.
