I have had this happening 2 times in an over. It really depends on where u r hitting the ball and your runnin between the wickets. But through out a t20 over match - it happend around 10-11 times. Literally every single time it was an easy run out yet the fielder decided not to try a direct hit.

look at this. her the the fielder threw the ball directly to the bowler who is standing in the middle of the pitch. This is not even the worst case.

What buttons are you using to throw? because there is a "Throw to bowler" and a "Throw at stumps" set of buttons....

Anyone elses game crash to desktop if they go into bat manager and either create a bat by trying to add existing logos or amend the logos on an existing bat? As soon as I click on the logo button it crashes.

Happens every time.

Hi guys. Apologies, but I'm a bit confused now.
I had the game running pretty well for tests and ODIs with made-up, reduced power teams from scratch. I was also using Rumple's sliders, slightly tweaked.
With the new patch do I need to adjust more than run rate? Any advice gratefully received.

I’d just play and see what you think mate. Default works nicely for me at the moment.

Hi Buddy, I'm talking about AI fielding. (Sorry, if I didn't make it clear before)
I was the batting team (India) and AI was Sri Lanka.

Anyone else noticed when trying a sweep shot or scoop shot that sometimes it feels like a delay from pressing the button to the batsmen reacting? They react very slowly and miss the ball as they try and make the shot. On PS4.

The previous patch had this, if you were going to miss the ball anyway a slow mo animation would play out, this may still be this...

Yeh I’ve noticed a bit of slo mo batting still

I am ps5 with latest update released this wednesday. Is there any way to download teams without screen being frozen? Its been 20 mins and the screen is stuck on this image. The background music is playing but cannot do anything but stare at this screen. It was the same in previous patch

I just press quick download once I’ve seen the team and info it’s triangle on ps rather than download from inside like where your at if you get me

Depends on how many teams you're downloading at once. I find its about 30% longer than cricket 19. Probably due to increased texture sizes for uniform, playface (if done on team) file sizes.

I am just downloading one team. I had to force close the game as it is at the same screen since 45 mins. Now i am unable to search anything in community as it just says big ant server not available. When i search without any parameters it shows me a bunch of teams which is pretty odd

Some things to improve...
1. Need to correct that special shots slow motion issue including lofted shots power
2. Need increase reviews count in limited overs matches like ODI and t20 int to 2 or 3.
3. Even after umpires call , reviews getting lost.
4. Throw collection and dislodge the bell should be quicker.
5. Now when the gameplay is close to a perfect cricket game, it's the right time to add Hot Spot technology

I hope these will be looked and considered.

Yeh just been playing again and it’s only doing slo mo on special shots your right everything else is perfect

Finally caved in and started career mode. Ended up getting an offer for the PSL (chose Lahore Qalandars). Looked at the squad for LQ and the custom version of Mohammad Hafeez that I downloaded from @AJ MODS was the one featured in career mode. Also had 2 Haris Raufs. One of them was the dreaded licensed version and the other one from @AJ MODS. Looked at my player list and I did not add the @AJ MODS Haris Rauf to the Lahore Qalandars squad manually, but he still showed up in career mode. That's nice.
