Not sure why they can't bring DBC14 controls? Can @MattW let us know?
The precision shot button, which also gives you access to chip shots, is a lot more value to the control scheme than using that button for advancing shots. You can still click in the stick after the ball is released to play a non-premeditated advancing shot, obviously your timing window isn't very long to do that, but you can.

That's the only difference in actual controls, everything else is subjective "feel", which is hard to judge and even harder to quantify. Keeping the Pro controls as close as possible to the DBC14 versions is always the aim.

@MattW can we have the option to toggle between the buttons for the advanced shot just like we have for the leave? Just a weird request but worth a try right?

But does it look good? :P I stopped playing it coz it looked like a shot that cannot be described with words imo! I step down and hit one offside and it goes for 100+ meters
Strangely, after combining it with advanced ground shot, it does look good when driving to covers. Middle of the bat sometimes. It does look more refined in the Cricket 22 Nets, where the aerial advancing shot is also really fluid.

Ability to re-map the control buttons would be nice. Especially for Arcade, with leave being mapped to R3 , it difficult to reach from the face buttons without premeditating.

Batsman sliding towards the ball to connect is still a thing which bugs me a lot..There are shots when the batsman holds his stance and misses which looks great but mostly it's the slide to the ball to connect just because the timing was good.. Implementation of timing to be the main source of a shot to connect or not has always caused such issues.. There should be importance to whether the shot is doable from the position the batsman is in and how wide the ball is as well. This is especially for cover and squarish area shots on off and leg sides.. Same with Pull shots where he slides to the position even if it means moving 4 stumps to connect..
