A caught and bowled where the ball struck the non striker and ballooned up for the catch… somewhat freakish but I’ll take it.

Wickets like that can be fun until they start happening every match, as opposed to once in a blue moon.

I got a wicket in a one dayer caught at point, I’d never really seen that in 22 much if at all it was always short cover or gully but it was a sliced drived that went straight to point.

Very next ball I bowled one angled across the right hander who went for a drive and snicked off to first slip. Very impressive looking wicket like a typical one day dismissal with the new ball.

For what it’s worth I’m using two custom sides that I made full of friends and club team mates. The Harbijan and Murali actions are fantastic. Didn’t get much turn with my offie or leggie this game and no wickets with either spinner.

2 run outs both of the annoying bug type variety and the other 6 wickets that fell were to pace.

My turn to bat and I am not sure what’s happened but I could bat alright last night but today I lost 3 wickets in the first 4 overs and couldn’t hit the ball off the square. One bowled was an awesome Yorker than beat me for pace. Leg stump went flying but that kind of all made it even more spectacular.

The other two bowleds were me playing the wrong shot or to early/ late.

I was bowled out for 78 chasing 268. I checked difficulty and it was the same as last night. The only guess I have is my players aren’t rated as highly as those in the proper teams or those I downloaded.

I’m yet to see the famous pony tail bug and the entire game I only saw 2 overthrows in total.

Had both the good and the bad in a few seconds last night. Leggie bowling, batter gets down to sweep, ball turns and catches the glove, pops up in the air...great so far. Then the keeper runs straight through the kneeling batter to take the catch.....

Finished an inns.

3 keeper catches, 2 slip. 1 flukey c&b, 1 lbw, 1 bowled, 1 catch at forward point. Decent variety there.

2 times mini game triggered for catches and given not out, both times correct. One off arm, one off pad - the pad one in real time I thought “he’s not hit that”. Previously if the mini game triggered and it was not out it was usually an awful decision off an edge to 4th slip.

Gameplay wise, this is pretty solid.

Sound wise, this is the worst game I’ve ever played.

6 wickets to spin, 4 to seam btw.
4-156 vs 6-85. Seam includes a medium bowler that I kept doing no balls with and went for 1-51 off 8. It’s also a dry/dusty sub continental pitch.

I’ve had a short leg in the whole time the spinners bowled. No bat pad. That’s not looking overpowered IMO. Will obviously have to compare in seam-friendly conditions.

Just purchased the game on steam.

Will try out the game this weekend as had no other plans.

Might opt for a refund if the game is that bad, lets see.

Played a one dayer vs India and managed to get them all out for 185 in 40 odd overs.
