Well i've got 2 bugs which are putting me off this game. When i try to play in windowed mode i get 2 errors and for some reason now when i bowl, the game just quits and says cricket coach encountered an error.

Right having played for a good few hours now, I have come to the following conculsion.
Ignoring people who cant get the game started, i have found the following errors.
A number of small superficial errors (see my above post). Some stats a liitle odd (Geriant Jones close field ing rating of 1 out of 100, ok hes bad but not that bad!!)
The biggest thing that is spoiling the game for me is that it seems very easy to set your bowlers on very aggresive and get wickets and setting your batters to very aggresive and get runs. This needs tweaking to make the proberbilty of getting out/giving up a lot of runs proportionate.
Other than this the interface is pretty good and the core principles of the game look very solid, still needs a bit of work but i was happy to spend my money on it.
A few patches should make this game very good.

Just finished my first game...
Just managed to complete my first game... playing for australia against bangladesh...
won the game by about 120 runs but still, the game crashed when the 2nd test was about to begin...
Noticed some more things that may need to be looked at...
- Batsmen do not run when boundaries are hit.
- Computer sets very defensive fields.
- When i was batting, the aggression levels of my batsmen seems to alter by itself when the aggression is not locked.
- there should be an option to give the strike to a specialist batter when tail enders are in.
- i saw a batsman get LBW on a wide ball.
- Leg spinners have 9 aggression levels but only 8 to choose. the 9th one is a blank
- warne bowled out 7 of the 8 wickets he took in the test.
- batsman played a shot (heard noise) and was given LBW.
Will further test the game... its crashing too frequently but i am still enjoying it... Will be amazing when these bugs are fixed.

tis funny actually...
ive tested this game for quiet a few months
(amd 2.6 ghz, 512 mb ram, 128mb vid card) and all the problems you guys are encountering, ive never seen, ive played quiet a few seasons on the tests version and never scored 600 summat, my highest score in county is prob 450 or something, and that was scored over a few seasons.

Maybe you should give us the versions that you tested then if that's the case.

Some more things to consider for updates:
- Coach does not have a nationality or any statistical data. Could be benchmarked using Football Manager manager statistics.
- Match conditions, no way to see what the alterations to the match conditions are throughout the 5 days.
- Funny run out situation. No batsmen ran. Fielder fielded the ball and threw down the stumps... run out given.
- There is no indication on the type of bowling preference a batsman has and his strengths / weaknesses.

The realism on this game is juuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuust slightly out then!
Trying to play and it just randomly crashes to desktop,longest ive been able to play without crash is 20mins.
Havent figured out how to change my starting lineup yet

Also might have been the pitch but i find it hard to get wickets, i was bowling(WA) and queensland were 270 without loss of a wicket.
Get those keyboard errors when i try to run in widowed mode,so can only run in fullscreen but that doesnt bother me i prefer fullscreen.
Every now an then i have trouble clicking the menu buttons,it just doesnt respond,so i wiggle the mouse around and keep clicking on the menu buttons until it finally works.

How can some bugs be in some editions of the game and not in others?
Surely it would come up on each game?
First game played Drew wth Sri Lanka.
This game has alot of promise imo, I enjoyed it. But with all these bugs, the developers must fix/patch them.

1) Tassie win games easily. I don't struggle to win with them. Definitely not a bug, they are a talented bunch. So ignore 1.
2) Clicking stuff is buggy. Might be my computer.
And to all those people who get the already bowled 10 overs bug, i worked that one out. Before you play the game, you have to right-click on two of your players in the Tactics thing, and make them opening bowler 1 and 2. Still shouldn't really happen, but that's what you're doing wrong.

I've noticed that sometimes when you are trying to click on a button and can't the windows 'resize window' mouse icon appears at the edge of the screen (right at the very top for example when I was trying to change the no.1 batsman's aggression) and if you click and drag the mouse while this is happening the game just goes black and crashes...
