Its taking hell lot of time to bowl. And what decides the speed?
As its same every time.

----------

Any chance of making the gameplay faster?

@Meet: What's taking a lot of time during the bowling? Are they running in too slowly? Do they take too long to get back to their bowling marks? If it's the latter, you can press any key and it'll skip them running back.

The bowling speed is set by holding in Button A (I think the default key bound is I) when you see the SPEED popup during the bowler's runup.

I'm holding off making the gameplay faster as I think it's already a bit twitchy - if more people complain that it's slow, I'll have to revisit it though...

Ok.
And how does the simulation works?I mean when I chose the option, it doesn't allows me to select the option and automatically simulates the over and asks for the bowler repeatedly?

@Meet: Can you give me some more detail? Are you simulating a game where you're managing? Are you simulating from a series or are you starting a game and then simulating? When it asks you to select a new bowler is stuck in an endless loop?

Started a 'Slog' game between two games, and kept one of them team as a user.Lost the toss and got to bowl. After bowling few deliveries, decided to simulate the innings so that I could bat.But when I clicked the option, it simulated the over, and at the end of every over asked to select a bowler. And that too, happens after continuously clicking the 'Stop' button, and then redirects me back to match.
And don't you think the simulation speed is low?Don't know why but I am feeling that the version I played before was much more better than the current one.

Aaah OK, that bowler selection issue is a bug. I'll fix that up in the next release. I'll also check the simulation speed as that also sounds like a bug. Thanks for the headsup :)

Is this what you want?

@Meet: Hmm, looks like your laptop has Intel GMA X3100 integrated graphics. Unfortunately it's difficult for me to optimize the game for that chipset. Have you tried updating your drivers?

@Meet: Yup, that's the chipset - X3100 is the GPU. It has notoriously bad support for OpenGL though. I'll see what I can do, but I can't guarantee anything...

@Meet: Graphics Processing Unit - basically handles everything graphics related. I'm testing an optimization I made now that should make a difference for you. It'll be in the next release (hopefully this weekend).
