In the game settings? It was unplayable. I thought pitch variation /deterioration only works for 2days and 4days game.

So it works for shorter version as well.
I set it to get variable FC scores in career mode (which I did too) didnt know about its repercussions lol

Yes, it applies it to everything. Except career mode. Deterioration works only for FC games.

Hmm then may be I am getting decent scores because of deterioration setting.

Could be that. Could be the players skill rising disproportionately. Could be (literally) a thousand different things.

OK - new test version of threaded sim is ready. It should auto-update to v2.815.

EDIT: Also fixes some small issues when simulating multiple matches at once and should give slightly better match scores because of this (this applies to non-threaded sim as well).

Not yet. Still need to figure out which attribute is crashing.
