If you're falling short on managers, I wouldn't mind giving up my co-manager position with Australia to manage New Zealand. They're my second favorite team after the Aussies. Always enjoyed watching the likes of Stephen Fleming, Nathan Astle, Shane Bond, Chris Cairns etc while they were still playing.

Make sure the players you bring in must have played at least 3 intl matches by 1 Jan 2000... The squads are those which played in the series itself
