Bah. Another loss. Seems as if we're hell bent on emulating Hillary Clinton in this series. :p

Going with an all-pace attack this time. Hopefully, the green pitch should aid our pacers and allow us to clinch the series.

The West Indies' pace battery, Courtney Walsh took the openers of New Zealand by the sword, by dismissing them for just 54, with Craig Spearman getting yet another golden duck. Stephen Fleming took New Zealand to a respectable total by scoring 54. But as soon as he got out, no one could stay in the crease for much long. New Zealand made 228.

It was again a Jimmy Adams show. Promoted up the order in this match, he stitched a quick fire partnership of 98 with Shivnarine Chanderpaul. They belted the Kiwi bowlers around the park. But as soon as Chanderpaul got out, no one stood firm on the crease and West Indies were bowled out for just 188. New Zealand had won a hard fought series. Still Jimmy Adams was awarded the man of the match.

Adam Gilchrist continued from where he left in the last match, scoring 84. But the quicks of Shoaib Akhtar and Waqar Younis were too hot to handle for the Aussie batsmen as they were bundled out for 209.

I think Fleming and Astle batted really well to get us to 228. It was always gonna be a tricky target for the WI batsmen with the pitch doing fair bit to aid our bowlers. A very good effort to come back and win the series after two losses on the trot.

Havoc! Only Havoc! Indian captain, Sachin Tendulkar, made the biggest mistake of his life, by choosing to bat at a green pitch against the Pakistan pacers. As a result, the pace attack led by Waqar Younis who took 3 wickets, let no one stand at the pitch for long. Waqar Younis took 3 wickets giving away just 14 runs in 7 overs. India were bowled out for 104.
