Absolutely not lol , I clearly stated it in a jovial manner . But I wouldn't mind being a staff member in place of our retired(IIRC) Surendar .

A good suggestion imo. A guy named Sartaj did the same thing and he undoubtedly has become the most successful league manager on PlanetCricket.

You can't simply stop people from starting a league, but you can manage it. I would suggest 1 thread per member and for people opening numerous threads, just close them. If someone wants to start 7 different leagues in a month then as along as they keep it in the one thread idc.

While that sounds fair enough , you have to look at people like Iridium , who has been running 2 leagues at a time wonderfully well . That's what made me thinking about this rule . Anyways as long as it applies only to the newbies , its fine by me and inevitably everyone .

Hey,picture this...
Have a common thread where 'they' can run their leagues.
Assign one post/slot in the first page to each of them to archive their matches/basically use as their index post.The thread is for posting updates and matches only.All the drafts/auctions can take place in the SGs.
If someone does a good job on a consistent basis,he can start his own thread and may be have his stuff from the common thread moved to the new one too.

Yes,there may be some confusion running 3-4 leagues in the same thread but it's negligible if the stuff is properly archived.
