I'm only doing test, but this is my Test XI:
1. Wasim Jaffer
2. Sachin Tendulkar
3. Kumar Sangakkara
4. Mohammed Yousuf
5. Mahela Jayawardene
6. Rahul Dravid
7. Mahedra Singh Dhoni
8. Chaminda Vaas
9. Zaheer Khan
10. Mohammed Asif
11. Muttiah Muralitharan

I feel that the team i have picked, would give any team in world cricket a run for its money, has the experience of Vaas, Muralitharan, Jayawardene, Dravid and Tendulkar. The marvelous flowing inform batting of Yousuf, Sangakkara, Jaffer and Dhoni. Then 2 of the best test bowlers in the world at the moment, Zaheer Khan (was magnificent in England, bowling over the wicket, round the wicket, seam and swing, brilliant bowler) and Mohammed Asif. It's an almost flawless team as far as i can see, apart from maybe the lack of an out and out pure fast bowler, Asif and Khan arent slow though, so i dont see it as a major problem.

Yes. but do note that i said current, meaning this year, and personally I don't think that Asif has been as good as he can be...

Some people here have no idea. Younis Khan in an ODI side? Hell no, he's terrible.

Definately, Akmal will be last one piked for WK job in sub continent with Dhoni and Sangakkara present.

The new WK of Sri Lanka is better than him.:noway

He is a very good Test batsmen, yes. He is a terrible ODI batsmen.

You have not seen much of Younis Khan all i can say then.

I'm sorry Usy, but accusing Perm of not knowing his cricket is a bit insane, he is one of the more knowledgable people on planetcricket if his posts on cricketweb are anything to go by. The fact is that Younis Khan does provide the occasional, aethetically perfect innings but he lacks a lot of consistency in ODI cricket. An average of 32.21 and strike rate of 74.38 is pretty poor for an international cricketer, especially one who plays half their games in the flat decks of Pakistan.

Manee, I'm sorry but I did'nt know that you'de say that

word "terrible" to discribe Younus Khan is wrong, I know he has not made very much of 100s, however he is a great player. It is like Ofending a younus khan fan. Average of 32 and S/R of 74 is really good, and decent. Back bone of our batting also i add.
