Barney vs Taylor was such an awesome match, much better than last years final between taylor and my 2nd cousin Peter Manley, 7-0 loss ftl. This years was great entertainment though. Barney FTW.

I hate Phil Taylor, but he played really well against Barney but Barney is the man and is well immense. Alan Tabern is the best newcomer this year. After many outstanding performances in the competition, he was unlucky to be pitted against Barney. The only downside to his performance was the fact that he defeated Barney earlier on in the season in the British open. He is the pride of St. Helens and soon to be world numberr 1!!

Darts

First of all if your coming here to slag off darts please done do it because it ruins the thread and pensonally i dont care if you dont like it. Anyway World Championships starting in 14 mins :happy! My faveriote player is Adrian Lewis and Raymond Van Barnveld. Sadly couldnt get tickets for the World champs but going in april to manchester and liverpool 4 the premier league darts and hopefully blackpool for the World Matchplay Championships!

Will be cheering on my 2nd cousin, Peter One Dart Manley, hopefully he'll do alright in the World Champs, shame its not at Purfleet anymore though, great fun at that place, the noise and atmosphere in the final between Peter and Taylor 2 years ago was electric. Loved it. Love watching the darts when its on, fantastic entertainment.

To be pedantic, it's actually a cricket and cricket games forum. This sub-forum however is a sports forum which is why this thread covering the sport of Darts has been opened (even though there is actually one open I think). I suggest you try to improve your knowledge of darts Usman, because for someone who doesn't like ignorance very much, you're being very ignorant.

There is a difference between ignorant and being funny in that case you guys did not get it. Anyways I have a very clear opinion on darts, which is somewhere same as wrestling. Although, darts is better and isn't scripted.

Lol only want to know if "Game" and "sport" was same thing.

Game and Sport is not the same thing. Games are spontaneous and don't have strict rules and things like that. Sports are highly organized and have national governing bodies and strict rules. Does Darts have a governing body? Yes. Does it have strict rules? Yes. Darts is a sport. There you go.
