Christmas and New Year have come and gone. Any update on 'IF' and 'When' Bigant are going to fix the game play issues??

Ross has already confirmed that they are working on patch 3. That answers your if. The time it will take can't be confirmed as per Ross. Just show some patience.

Have they communicated what they are targeting to address through patch 3?

The problem is twofold....firstly the unimaginably poor game, and secondly the adoption of evasive tactics and reluctance to acknowledge any of the game play issues properly.

Is there a single post where Bigant has said...yes we accept that the Cover Drive is missing, Stats are missing and Stroke Variation is non existent......accepting your mistake is the first step towards redemption and the fact that they don't acknowledge even the most glaring show stoppers is shocking to say the least (or is it :)).

Varun, whilst you occasionally have a decent point, finding it in your hyperbole drastically undermines their effectiveness. The game isn't unimaginably poor, and they're not "evasive". The game is fun, well made, and moving in the right direction with some issues, not unlike DBC 14 was at this stage in it's development. Big Ant used to be more open and direct about what they did, but posters like you crucified them for it, even when it wasn't their fault; understandably they now do what most developers do and tell you changes after they're made, not before.

The Xbone? Yeah, they're a terrible console. Get a PS4 or wait for the Scorpio.

Hmm......You may say the game is well made and fun, but my dear friend that is your opinion. You can argue that my statement of it being unbelievably poor is also my opinion...but my opinion is backed my 80% of the people on this very forum and thousands of others on social media (please check the poll).

The other thing about Bigant and their interaction with consumers.....open interaction like they had in the past is no excuse to regression over the previous game...just shows the effort or the lack of it into this version of the game..... for more info about this game....please read my OP

For your statement to self-consistent you'd have to think a great many games, including DBC 14 at release, are also unbelievably poor. Given that there would be so many under that title though, I find it hard to call it unbelievable.

No, 80% agree with parts of what you've said, which should be pretty much a given as you've simply identified issues that others have noted. The fact that there are 20% that don't even somewhat agree with you is a pretty damning statement in and of itself of the hyperbole you use.

No, I think they're well justified. They copped abuse for just doing their jobs, and for things beyond their control. Their didn't need to do that last time, and this time they're doing it differently. Given what happened it seems perfectly fair. They've clearly put effort into the game, to claim they're not because they're not spending all their time on here seems contradictory as well.[DOUBLEPOST=1483725516][/DOUBLEPOST]

It plays very well on PS4 Pro. It will probably play best on a high end PC when it's released in a week or so.

The Xbone is considerably weaker than the base PS4, and miles weaker than the PS4 Pro.

Alberts has shown a blonde moment by me before but he has just responded with some pretty good points, I am coming to terms with the fact he maybe okay.
