Mmmm. Didn't bother to review but after seeing the video and the massive step forward out of the crease might have been worthwhile....just going over?

Is it me or is there a little puff of dust as the ball kisses the pitch??? @27.......it's me!! :p

Another little feature for the new version, little puffs of dust?

Another nice little feature there is that the slips react slightly later than the wickie....really nice touch!

It is the little things that make this game so good: just watching the back foot slide across at the end.......

I must say the easier way out to get a real and extremely thrilling experience is just to play online.
With low skilled teams.

All kind of slip catches. misses etc...are in plenty in online gameplay

Defeats the object of trying to playing tours and series etc!?!?

Yeah I have it on all the time: I think it helps the bowlers bowl a more consistent line and gives them more confidence but maybe franco can confirm what it does whilst batting.....

the main thing is that the ball becomes difficult, for example when your batsmen is lowskilled and with low confidence
he often misses the ball even when blocking. This changes a lot of things, because the bowler gets "bonus points" in
confidence while the batsmen has a penalty. And then the AI changes strategy accordingly, so it will bowl different
lines or choose different shots when batting.
 
Just had a first for me: AI challenged an LBW decision in my favour (me bowling) and it got overturned! I was shocked but also joyous that it is possible! It was great to see Hawkeye doing its thing!

Had last beautiful one tonight. Rap the pads with one moving back into the left hander. Not sure but figure I will throw up an appeal just in case.

Umpire gives it out. AI reviews, and sure enough it's not come back quite enough and it's hit him just outside off, and just missing so overturned.

Well said. Annoys me when people go on about how they get edges online. Of course they do, the edge probability for humans & AI are on different scales!

I've got no interest in t5 against 11 Tindoolkas, I want to play tests and tours with obscure teams!!
 
anyone saying online vs is realistic just doesn't understand it, all you will be able to play online is a rock paper scissor game.. set all fields backwards. bowl with spinner but with no spin alternating between fast and slow ones into the legs exact same balls that has been precision found to so that no good shots connect with it! with pace bowl on the wide line in of with a packed off field and no way to hit in leg! So basically even a t20 will go like who gets less frustrated and keeps his cool to keep playing those straight drives an square ones for 1's and 2s! then you repeat same to defend that paltry run a ball score using soemwhat similar tactics or sometimes realistic ones[ i have often found they falter badly to realistic cricket strategies as they spend more time with exploit game than cricket ]! you may win too but it will feel like your brain has been split in the middle by enduring torture for 1 hr! I really dont know how these people enjoy these .. but i think these are the people that make that screwed up leaderboard exist!


Even if somehow the person against you appears to be friend or decent fellow the logistics of time doesnt really allow for longer formats and at convenience, plus still it will be like 1 vs 1 cricket rather than 11 vs 11 which is available in offline and has been greatly enhanced with this hack to pretty realistic levels!

It will be good if we have a tool software for pc which one edit the save game file of Career. then we will be able to change the old save game to new line up!

What if.
There's max 5 on off including slips.

What if.
There's compulsory over limitation for bowler types so that theres variety.

What if.
No. Extreme Slow balls are allowed.

What if.
Only longer formats are played with similar minded Friends.

What if.
We use low to moderate skilled teams to balance out bat and ball. And no editing of skills are allowed.



What I am saying is no matter how good the Ai is...online will always win hands down..
Im loving this patch..but still online is more fun challenging .there's no comparison.

It seems u guys have not really truly experienced the online gaming potential.
