DBC17 Bug Reporting - PS4/Xbox One Version

i downloaded the game on xbox about a month ago and have been playing career mode alot and am level 28 but when i try and use the community section it just comes up with "do not have privilages to use" i dont know what to do i have xbox live gold as well so need help anyone know?

P.S: i didnt buy the hard copy of the game i bought it off of the xbox store in case thats an issue

[PS4] Im not sure if this has already been reported or not, but when user's a bowler, and towards the end of the innings (usually when its 49th and 50th over getting bowled), the number-of-balls-remaining count gets messed up. Like after 48.5 overs it will say 8 balls remaining instead of 7 and when you complete the over, it will say 6 balls remaining, skipping past 7 completely. Similarly, at 49.5 over it will say 2 balls remaining instead of just 1 ball. The counter gets off by 2 balls. I haven't seen this behavior in other overs.
