Demo Extender

It would be great if you could check that out mate,because then it would be possible to play big Innings,for those who cannot play the game continuously.

have downloaded again to start game it is sitting in explorer games there is no
file called
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Codemasters\Ashes Cricket 2009 Demo\
to start game i go to explorer games
SORRY to be a pain about the expander,
have 7z file manager and have downloaded AC09DE.7Z
AND GET 7-zip error saying
"can not open file 'c:\users\user\desktop\ac09de.7z' as archive"
Its getting to the stage where its me or the computer :doh
off to buy 360 windows pad and live in hope thanks

Its not a file. Its a key in the registry.

Anyway, did you try running it from the directory of the demo? I'm out of ideas. If it can't even launch the game, there's some problem at your end.

I got a problem here the game gets stuck after 1.1 overs just when the bowler releases the ball in the first innings itself
I am running win xp sp 3

Does it always get stuck that 1.1 overs? Can't think of anything that could be causing this. How many overs had you selected?

Failed to start the demo extender? I don't think I've even programmed such an error message. It must be an error message from the OS, can you post the full message? Which OS are you on?

im sorry it was "Failed to Start Ashes Cricket 2009 Demo". But i figured it out..i placed the extender file in the codemasters folder in program files..got it working.. thanks for replying so swiftly though. im on vista home premium 32bit
