it became more harder for @Cyclops11 to distribute the team...
is it first come first serve or anything else..

This is a problem, because this is the French Flag.

If you were to use the flag of the parent nation of Sint Maarten, then it should be the Dutch flag, as it is a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. It includes about 40% of the island of Saint Martin, the rest of which makes up the French collectivity of Saint Martin. But anyone from Saint Martin (the French bit) would be ineligible for Sint Maarten (the Dutch bit) unless they could demonstrate Dutch or Sint Maarten heritage.

Or, if that was all very confusing, this is the flag you're looking for:

I confess, I cheated in the past and used images for the now obsolete Dutch Antilles because they were easy to find.
