2) ok, unfortunately I can't help you, I'm sure there are others who can.
3) well, there are quite a few, I can give you a couple, I guess they'll be sufficient as we can replace others. as we wish

the 'rea_ind' can be replaced with 'rea_aus' or 'rea_win' for australian or west indian crowds.
Also, remember to put the crowd noises (not too loud) with the trumpet, ie. in the background so the crowd noise doesn't randomly stop.
