Don Bradman Cricket 14 General Discussion

bit off topic , wonder how DBC will play on Ignite Engine i just cant stop imagining it. only problem is its proprietary Engine so no luck :( but we can always build better one as we move forward, designed specially for Cricket
The next version of DBC will be like the graphics of RLL3, checkout the RLL Fanhub on steam for the graphics..

yep but i said Ignite Engine not Graphics i mean i m happy with current graphics but, Ignite is totally different in dynamics too its physical simulation looks awesome. just imagine catches taken, edges, bouncy balls, slides dives etc. will look next to reality on Ignite IMHO ignite is made for cricket it is that its never used because lack of funding

Ignite is EA's tech. You will never see DBC using it.

There's no reason that all of the things you mentioned can't be achieved in DBC though.

RLL3's coming along OK, this is an in-game shot. These players all created in the "FanHub" (Academy equivalent). The next Cricket game will use this engine plus more.

i know that chief, but what i said is i would love to see our Engine has that same abilities which ignite has
i know its EAs proprietary engine i mentioned that in earlier posts as well the screen of RLL3 looks close to ignite :D m kinda floating in air and 2016 wait looks unfair :P

New ICC rules

From July 5, five fielders will be allowed outside the 30-yard circle between the 41st and 50th overs, rather than the current four.

Meanwhile there will be no compulsory catchers from the first to the 10th over in ODIs and no batting powerplays will be allowed between the 15th and 40th overs.

In both ODI and T20 internationals, all no-balls, not just foot faults, will lead to a free hit.

Adding one more point

A free-hit will be awarded to the batsman for all no-balls, instead of being reserved for overstepping only.

Great to see. As an aside, it's amazing that after all the talk of niche sports games going unsupported, over the next 12 months we're probably going to see so many! Rugby League, Rugby Union (x2), Lacrosse, Handball, AFL, Cricket...
