happened to me earlier, it was CPU usage; killed some processes in task manger (had about 10 internet explorer processes, even though i didn't have it open once) and then it was fine.

Mmm, defintely something strange going on. Tried all sorts but it crashes straight to the desktop.....have installed the full 99c version.

Maybe it's an issue with the save file, that's what's been giving us the most grief. It would have been a lot easier if each CA didn't have to convert/use and honour the previous versions saves.

If possible, could you please backup your save file then delete them and see if CA then boots (it will create new saves). If that works then please PM me the save file and we will work it out.

Okay solved the problem. On my laptop I have an integrated chip for the video and a stand alone GPU card. When I chose the GPU card as the graphics card it worked no problem! Is this an issue that has cropped up before for you guys?

I get that it's still popular, but I'm always taken aback when I hear that someone uses IE.

Hasn't happened to us but has to other people (I think as per israr above).

Ross, there's no delicate way to put this - the original creator issue is not solved. i was looking at my uploads and saw some given to me that i had no part in whatsoever - just downloaded them and added them to my team. (and submitted the team.) i don't even think i skilled (some of) them or changed their sponsors/kit etc.

also, i saw my george headley given to someone else. (as in gave them as submitted by and original creator.)

yup saw that issue. I am not sure whether it is happening just for the players YOU are submitting or for others also. Funnily enough this issue got resolved before .99b after the server went offline for a while. now its back again..worse than before as now it shows just your name as the original creator/submitter for all.

As far as I know it is only historical - the issue remains for those players already downloaded but not for any new ones.

Yeah, having re-checked all mine it does seem to be only those that i had downloaded before the new update... False alarm.
