Big Ant haven't announced system requirements, here were the ones for AFL Live, which was a few years back - they've enhanced the engine since then so you probably need to beat these specs by 20% or so.

Windows XP/VISTA/7, 1.8GHz Dual Core Processor, 512Meg Ram, 5GB Free Hard Drive Space, Nvidia 8 Series/ATI Radeon HD2400 pro/Intel GMA X4500HD G45 Graphics.

Either way, much less demanding than Ashes Cricket's announced specs.
