We should start playing Golf. That will help us in hitting 6s. There is no fun in running and getting yourself tired.

There's a fair bit of walking in golf, unless we hire golf carts, but that would push us over our training budget of $15.50/week

We can play hole in 1. Maybe we should bring bikes to avoid walking.

Mate, Fatso has no problem with you riding him each night, why should it be any different on a golf course ? ;)

Tarrot Card reading says i'll get hattrick next time I play.

I recommend roast beef sandwiches, chicken sate sticks, some late season mangoes, a nice cup of tea and gallons of my current fave beer, James Boags' Premium.

I reccomend u stay out of our team thread unless ur in the team. James Boags isnt nice anyway. Johnnie walker is better to me or at least a scotch with lemon

Yep, one Guinness coming up. I also have a bottle of Jamieson's here if you want something after the Guinness. For the southern Irish I also stock Murphy's version of stout.

Boags is excellent in my opinion, but here at the Downright Donkeys we are fitness freaks and do not want to spoil our chances of becoming the best athletes we possibly can be by drinking alcohol all the time.

One of our rival clubs named themselves after another beer, Victoria Bitter, which I liken to urine, except when it actually is cold, and then I liken it to a polar bear's urine. And they are awful. The one thing keeping their drunken club in with a chance in this competition is that the guy running the games just so happens to be a Bitter himself.

Alcohol is bad for your cricket, and we do not approve of it under any circumstances in this club (unless you are a regular shouter of drinks, and then we're willing to at least hear you out)
