England 'A' in Bangladesh

Seems as though Will Jefferson played an attacking innings as well. Glad that Prior is in the runs; Surely he will play in the summer Tests?

If he want any depth in batting.

We can choose to have a tail starting at 7 or at 8.

About 3 keepers can make it start at 8 imo.

Hit out and get a lead of 200 tomorrow, declare and then watch Tom Smith take a 10'fer.

My brain is overloading with things to type. ;) I don't imaginethe pitch would be made for pace bowlers so too pick up 3 wickets is good.Go Super Stu!!

Just to back Joe up, here is Cricinfo's article on it;
The turnaround in James Kirtley's career continues after he was called up to the England A squad in Bangladesh. Alex Gidman, the Gloucestershire allrounder, has also been drafted in after Amjad Khan flew home and Ravi Bopara was named in the World Cup team.

Kirtley is top; Deserves an England call up but there are so many ahead of him in the pecking order now.

Top one day bowler, certainly his stronger format and I'm amazed he's been below the likes of Onions, Ali, etc.

Let's hope he plays, one of the best death bowlers in England imo.

Anyone know how we've done today? Can't find any articles on it and given it's about 20 past 10 in Bangladesh I think they've stopped playing.

Saw on sky sports England got around 230-5dec and Bangladesh closed on 56-5. Close in the end.

can someone post the figures because the link isn't working for me and i can't get onto the bbc site
