England in Australia

mcgrath has been poor in the 2nd test due to his ankle, lee has been eratic as evo says throughout the series

Have you been watching the same series as everyone else? It's clear to see that Lee is out of form. He's taken only 3 wickets so far and his bowling is erratic.

Maybe a bit but he got Bell with a good bouncer and was bowling good inswinging yorkers. Maybe he hasn;t been too good but Adeladie is a batting paradise, just wait a little longer and then you guyz wont be laughing at him

It didn;t seem to be worrying him, he bowled at the same pace same line and length just a batting paradise

yeah but the aussies showed at the gabba that it is a good batting strip but when england batted mcgrath destroyed england

he was a bit wide of the stumps but just simply a bit more concertration would have done it, early on it was probably worrying him, you guyz took advantage and got the better of him

Mcgragth wont play in the next test though due to his heel, but dont worry, tait and lee can bowl just as good, if not 25 km/ph quicker!

Good point, i probably cant hide it Mcgragth is unfit thats why he wont play in next test but Lee was better than Glenn today for obvious reasons

clark has been your best bowler by miles so far, but hasn't he bowled alot less overs than everyone else

I KNOW!! hes been underbowled about a good 10 overs, i dont know what the tatics is but for our only bowler taking wickets 13 overs isn;t enough. I Guess its cuz hes the 3rd quick

Tait can be very dodgy. It's so hard with fast bowlers as they can be totally unpredictable. They can have really good games, but they can also have terrible games as Steve Harmison has shown.

Australia will really miss Glenn McGrath I feel, and I think he should be replaced with someone like Bracken or Johnson, as they could also pose a different threat to the English because of the left arm over.

Johnson can bowl nearly as fast as lee dont worry bout that and steve harmison isn't like a brett lee he is bout 140's, hes a brett lee 5 years ago when he could put a ball on the pitch!
Cant wait till tomorrow when we can stop bagin lee and start bagging harmy

I just feel that if Australia are going to rest McGrath, they need to bring in another bowler like him, like Nathan Bracken. It has been proved so far in this series that accurate fast mediums really cause England problems.

Well Clark is a glenn mcgragth so we dont need 2, Bracken is much different for Glenn anyhow, diffrent arm for one and different use of the ball

Australia need a slightly slower bowler, like Bracken! His left arm over could really cause problems for England as, so far, they haven't encountered a Left arm seamer yet.

anywayz i dont know what the time is over there in england but its 12:45 at night here and im going to bed, we can agrue more tomorrow when more cricket has been played!! LOL

No seam or swing but reverse swing for sure.

As we all know by now, you need to "Make the Ball", for it to reverse swing. I don't know how the players will accomplish that, what with the recent controversy over ball tampering.

Is Sugar Candy compatible with the Kookaburra?

wasn't today the first time in his international career, glenn mcgrath did not take a wicket in the innings
