England in Australia

Tommorow will be interesting, how will Australia bat? Will they collapse under pressure like England did at the Gabba? Or will they get up and at least avoid the follow on at 352 and get up close to England's total?

I haven't seen the game. Does the pitch have any Seam or Swing in it?

Right now, Freddie's the only one who looks like a threat. Someone from England's attack has to step up and join him.

Didn't binga get the old ball to reverse swing into the right handers with his yorkers, another reason to keep him, a 150 km in reverse swinger ball coming at your foot isn't pleasant

there was a little bit of swing for clark yesterday, warne was spinning it his usual amount, i think clarke was getting some spin as well.

Clarke didn't seem much of a threat, S Clark was getting a bit of seam and as i said lee got reverse swing

aussies could do with an all rounder, who can bowl and bat, cos at the moment they are playing with only 4 bowlers

Well Thats Watson, our allrounder, but who would you take out? Clarke, Martyn?

or even Symonds for this pitch.

martyn, cos clarke is there for the future, martyn has past his best i think

Thats What i've been trying to tell people on another forum! Clarke is our future captain, someone wanted hodge in but whats he gonna do when Langer Hayden Ponting Warne Mcgragth Martyn retire, nothing cuz Hodge will retire to where as Clarke then becomes captain

austrailia are an old side, as it is featured in the english papers, the problem will be what will happen when they all retire at once, the aussies will need a re-building period. They need clarke in there so he can lead them, the same for watson, tait and johnson. i would liike to see cam white too
