Okay, so Tea will be 4:10 to 4:30 so a 2 1/2 hour session possibly. Looks like England are setting up to bat. Prior has gloves on, no bats in the middle, etc.
And rumors have it that Gambhir might not open with Sehwag due to the concussion he sustained while attempting that half a chance catch of KP's. Dravid looks likely to open the innings again.
Conditions could be slightly difficult with a wet ball, then again the Oval drainage system is very good. I would liked to have seen Bopara bat a bit longer. He did look settled.
Hope i see some fight from the Indian team, I really don't care whether they win or loose, just want to see some determination from the batters,
England are playing way better at the moment.
M just frustated looking at RP Singh bowl, looks like he is back from a long vacation,
Good to see Ishant and Sreeshant trying their best.
Even Liverpool's win doesn't sweeten this day for me.
India didn't get anything out of the pitch in 153 overs and suddenly after 4 overs, India is 2 down. Everyone's blaming the batsmen on this tour but maybe they haven't been that poor. Maybe they've been more or less close to a par score on most occasions on this tour (there are obvious exceptions when they did fail miserably). It's just that India's bowlers have no bite that even if the pitch is covered with grass, the wind is blowing, and the clouds are dark grey, they would still be god awful. Conditions are irrelevant to them. They are that poor.
