I didn't expect them to score that quick. Especially since they're behind. Scoring quickly means there is a risk in losing wickets. It would be better to take a more consservative approach, with getting 4 runs an over. But I don't mind them hitting, as long as they don't lose wickets.

ok

Thats just how the Pak openers play. I remember Butt was very aggressive in Aus.

How serious is Pietersen injury?

Harmison to Shoaib Malik, OUT: Gone! good length ball, outside off,
tries to force it off the back-foot, thick outside edge goes to
1st slip, Trescothick takes a lovely catch,Harmison strikes in
his very 1st over!

Harmison does it again. Malik was the aggressor in that partnership so the run rate will slow down.

In the first innings the openers played slow, but very stable.

And as I guessed Malik is out. Hopefully Younis Khan can have a big innings again.

well i gaurantee no one know this pitch better than me as i am the only local boy of here on PC.Well there are some cracks which arent as dangerous as u find in austrailia.IF u see the fast ballers arent getting a lot of swing and carry as there is no grass, same is the case with spinners they do not get a lot of turn and bounce becuz there is no grass at all.But in the last 2 - 3 days the spinners are hard to play maybe due to invariable bounce. But this is batting paradise

Younis Khan really likes Harmison. He has hit him twice for 10 runs an over.

At tea:
Pakistan 64/1 (13.0 ov)
Minimum overs remaining today: 34.2

They should get at least 130 more runs. That would bring them about 190 at the end of the day.
