1 run 6 balls hmmm need I say more on this experiement?
Quite an inexperienced Pakistan lineup picked surely the Windies with Chanderpaul back can win this one.

yea id give the adventage to the windies but pak bolwers have done good in the past 2 ODIs but i wouldnt count out the pakistani batsman with Malik, Akmal, Hafeez and razzaq still to come.

Well they've rested Gul as well so alot will depend on Rana who has been the pick of the bowlers anyway. Just looking at the WI lineup they only have the 3 specialist bowlers so Pakistan's batsmen can take advantage of that.

Pakistan in trouble here Farhat and Hafeez gone quickly and the run rate is only 2.90, Pakistan need to pick up the pace in the 5 overs before the powersplays end.

That the problem if you don't keep the run rate at a decent rate, a few quick wickets and you are in a hole. They won't be doing much this powerplay as these two will be trying to stabilize the ship again.

It's a shame that Afridi was wasted opening. I think he'd be ideal at 6 for Pakistan, but he has to fill in, which doesn't help his image as a bits and pieces cricketer.

Hes not worth it...too inconsistent
Yeah, he's inconsistent because the Pakistan team are inconsistent with him. He's been shunted about the order more than anybody. He's had his role changed constantly and then he gets dropped. If they showed him some consistency he'd have a chance to repay the favour. It's not as simple as looking at a few stats.

Yeah I know...but youo dont need stats...everyone knows, by watching him bat, that he is an inconsistent batsman

they gave him consistencyat number 6 starting last year in test matches till the lanka tour

he responded with 92 vs england, and back to back centuries vs india

1 bad performance and hes dropped

i dont blame todays defeat on the batsmen

the way the order was it was disgusting

thisn has to be the worst piece of organising by bob or anyone in pakistani team for a long time

the opening partnership was doing so good but yet it is changed once again
anyone with abit of common sense would use this order

hafeez
farhat
hameed
iqbal
malik
afridi
razzaq
akmal
rana
rao
sami

It's too bad Pakistan have players missing as it would have been good seeing how they would go against this full strength Windies lineup.

He would add to their bowling but they didn't really need him with Smith bowling so well.
I wonder if Samuels will continue to bat at 4 now after that knock.
