England tour of South Africa 09/10

For those watching on Sky, how's the light doing? Have we any chance of finishing them off tonight?

Great performance from England - I'd never have expected this.

They were mentioning the light a while back, but no sign of the umpires getting their light toys out yet... :D

Warne and McGrath (I mean Swann and Broad) doing a good job here. Probably only another 20 mins or so before the light is offered.

That was awesome with those wickets tumbling. Swann is really underrated as a bowling allrounder. With all the hype that Broad gets, Swann is a lot better technically with the bat.

We need to beat India in India and Australia in Australia before we can start talking about England as best in the world. SA in SA would however be a good starting point.

Shocking play by South Africa, absolutely terrible. I really don't know what to say other than probably the worst batting display I have ever seen from South Africa. Credit must go to the English, their bowling was superb.

Hopefully the rain will stay away tomorrow, we deserve nothing less than a man shaming after this performance. Maybe we shoudl be stripped of test status.

South Africa 58-6. AMAZING! Surely people have to be looking at England as barring India, the best team in the world?

Lets not get carried away........... who says India is the best in the world? :laugh

Broad is developing perfectly, Swann is the best spinner in international cricket and our top order is solid.

We just might avoid 5-0 next year in Aus.

SA is getting Beat!!!

Swann is the 2nd highest wicket taker this year, bowled some tremendous spells, even though he spins a ball occasionally, like Hauritz, but gets vital wickets.

Looked like a flat pitch with Steyn bowling.
