Don't understand how you're coming with the word dictate with this. Like I said, I thought you didn't know about the stats of these players and I inserted them, since there was one day left and wanted to people to give time to edit their team.
I said what I felt. It seemed like you didn't think I did it right so you went ahead and changed it and then assumed that everybody would thank you for it. You could've at least PM'd me like I have said before. Consent with the creator of the game before you make any changes. It shows that you have respect for others. I'm not saying that you haven't got any respect for your fellow staff members, but calling my selection a JOKE didn't exactly help your cause. It pretty much seemed to me like you thought my selection was a joke so you took control. That is why I used the word 'dictate'.

And I never had the idea of having an 'own' Fantasy Game, since I was assuming since the beginning the Fantasy Cricket Updaters should work as a team. Especially since I had been updating a lot of scores the other Fantasy games created. And putting a selection of a team is one thing, but sticking firmly to your selection criteria of the players in the Fantasy game and denying the opinions of others is not really nice way of working together. And Aussie1st already changed some selection criteria the Fantasy Games I created, and I didn't have any problem with that. But I guess some people aren't that open minded.
Anyway have it your way.
Even though I have always appreciated you updating my games before I got a chance to, I'd really rather do it myself. I've explained to everybody that I have a job that requires a lot of attention, on top of which I go to college, which is why I'm not always able to update it on time, and most of the members don't have a problem with that anymore.
I didn't ignore anybody's opinions on the AR issue. If I did, we'd still have the three ARs. I have made it very clear since the beginning that I like to make the FC comp as challenging as possible. When I first revived FC, it was during the Ashes. Throughout most of the test series, I had only two ARs, namely Warne and Flintoff. Both were the best performers of the series. So if you picked a team you put a lot of thought and strategy into it. To me, that is what Fantasy Sports should be all about. Of course everybody would want to pick them both but since they couldn't, they had to shift things around.
Also, I never went against team work, but there is a fine line between helping someone out and interfering in someone's work.
Look, I have nothing against you. In fact, when I was too busy to do FC anymore, I was the one who requested you as my replacement since you seemed so into it. But I don't like anyone interfering with the way I do my work, call it a pet peeve of mine. Are we cool?
