But Ferguson pwns both of them. 9 Premiership trophies.

The message which I sent out to Liverpool fans before about not getting carried away is the same message that I want to send out to Arsenal fans. You scored 2 late goals against Fulham, you drew at Blackburn, you scored a late goal against Ciddy and you played against a shaky Portsmouth side today.

It'll be a two horse race between United and Chelski come February, and so Liverpool's 17 years will move onto 18:D. In May, please quote me if I'm wrong, but its not gonna happen!

Even after out disastrous start, we're still only two points off the lead and if our finishing had been present in our first four games, we'd be clear at the top.

Quoted :p

Fulham are a decent team. We drew against Blackburn because of a Lehmann howler. If I'm not mistaken, that's the same Man City team that beat you? There was nothing wrong with the Portsmouth team we played today.
Portsmouth defence was shocking. Fulham aren't exactly brilliant and you wouldn't have broke them down without a pen. Who knows, there might be more Lehmann howlers to come. Yeah City beat us, after a freak game, where we controlled it and still somehow managed to lose.

:p Drew

We wouldn't have gone behind Fulham if it wasn't for Lehmann so we wouldn't have needed to chase the game. We outplayed Portsmouth thoroughly. Not our fault you can't score.

I've bookmarked this single post so it will be easy to find. :D

Were getting back in form. When Ronaldo returns we'll be great again. Just also waiting for Rooney's return then we'll win all our games.

Edit: Chris Gayle

Every side has periods in a season where things don't go for them, united have had theirs right from the start but we've still won 2 in a row and we're getting Saha, Rooney and Ronaldo back as well as our new signings settling in. The real tests for Arsenal and Liverpool are when things don't go for them not when things are going well.

Yeah, I don't see why some of us Man U fans are stressing?

We are only a few games into the season and people are writing us off. What the hell? Last season we were dominant, no reason why in the space of a few months we have turned into 06/07 Champs to 07/08 slum. Its just that we were very unfortunate to have players like Saha injured, Soljkaer retire, Smith leave (dumb move), Ronaldo suspended and the most important thing - new players trying to gel with the new team and the way Man U plays.

Its clear that Nani isn't totally fitting in with his teammates yet, you could see it clearly in the game against Sunderland. There were crosses missed, passes not being made at the right times - Scholes got angry a few times I think. We do have some positives so far though. Anderson looked good against Sunderland in the first half, even though I though Saha should have been brought on I didn't think Anderson should have gone off so early. Tevez is having an influence and he isn't even playing his best yet, so when he and Rooney get together and they are scoring, with Ronaldo back and Nani learning more - the opposition will need to look out.

I don't think anyone is writing United off...well some. It's just that the competition looks stronger this time.

Im going to the Man Utd v Coventry game at Old Trafford :).
I will be going in with the Man Utd fans though, so I won't be able to celebrate our goals :(. CCFC have given priority to season ticket holders and I don't want a crap seat or even miss out completely.

Goals? Did anyone say Goals? Hah, good luck mate:cool:
